User Guide

Welcome to ESM Hire, a platform designed to connect Ex-Servicemen (ESM) with job opportunities across India. This guide will help you understand how to use the website effectively.

Recruiter

  1. Click on Recruiters Registration and fill in the details.
  2. Register by accepting the terms and conditions.
  3. Will receive a message for registration confirmation on his/ her mobile and also be asked to post the job on the website.
  4. Recruiter has the option to sign up for a Job Fair and post Jobs for that Job Fair or post Open Jobs without signing up for Job Fairs.
  5. Log in and sign up for the selected Job Fairs on the dashboard. Can sign up for more than one Job Fair and Post Job

Job Post

  1. Only a registered Recruiter can post a Job on the website.
  2. Log in and click Job Post in the dashboard to fill in the Job details. Can post Jobs for Job Fairs or in the Open category without signing up for the Job Fair.
  3. One Recruiter can post as many jobs as he/ she want.
  4. The Recruiter can see the jobs posted by them on their dashboard. If not seen, refresh or log out and log in again.

Officers

  1. Click on Officer Registration and fill in the details.
  2. Name the resume file with rank and full name, e.g., Maj Amit Kumar.pdf. Upload resume in Word or PDF (compulsory).
  3. Registers himself by accepting the terms and conditions.
  4. Will get a registration confirmation message on your mobile number.
  5. Log in and sign up for the selected Job Fair on the dashboard. Can sign up for more than one Job Fair.
  6.  

JCOs/ OR (Junior Commissioned Officer/ Other Ranks)

  1. Click on JCO/ OR & Equivalent Registration and fill in details.
  2. Uploading resume is optional.
  3. Register by accepting terms and conditions.
  4. On registration resume is generated by AI using the details filled in the registration form.
  5. Will get registration confirmation message on his mobile number.
  6. Log in and sign up for the selected Job Fair in dashboard. Can sign up for more than one Job Fair.
